Juniors can enjoy junior gym sessions for children aged 11-15 years.

The gym sessions are tailored for children and young people aged 11 to 15 years old, and take place in designated areas.

The sessions are supervised at all times by expert fitness instructors, who are on hand to assist and advise young people about how to use the gym equipment safely and how to get the best results.

Equipment available includes cardio, strength, and resistance machines, such as the treadmill, bike and rowing machine and resistant machines only, no free weights.

Monday – Friday:  3.30pm – 5.30pm

Saturday : 1pm – 2pm

Sunday : 1.30pm – 2.30pm
