You see a machine. We see a gentler way to get strong.
A low impact, full body workout that adapts to every level, whether you are a beginner or a reformer pro. Fully guided, and kind to your joints.
A gentle way to move
Reformer Pilates is a low impact, full body workout performed on a specialist piece of equipment called a reformer. The machine uses springs and resistance to support and challenge your body through a range of controlled movements.
Classes build strength, flexibility, balance and posture while developing core stability and body awareness. Because the reformer adapts to different abilities and fitness levels, it works whether you're just starting out or already have Pilates experience.
