At move Gymnastics we deliver over 40 gymnastics classes every week, welcoming around 600 participants from our local community. As proud British Gymnastics partners, we give children and adults the chance to learn new skills, build their fitness and have fun in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
Our programme starts from 18 months old and continues all the way past 18, with carefully structured classes for every stage of a gymnast's journey. We welcome all genders, abilities and experience levels.
We pride ourselves on helping every gymnast reach their potential through our structured award schemes, and every session is led by experienced, qualified coaches who keep things fun, engaging and motivating.
A brand-new, purpose-built facility
Every class takes place in our dedicated Gymnastics Hub, equipped with premium gymnastics apparatus supplied by Continental Sports.

A full competition-style floor for tumbling and routines.

Full-size vault for progression across every level.

Find the right class
From weekly direct-debit classes to flexible drop-ins and adult sessions, there's a place for every gymnast.
Move it Minis
A drop-in play session for under 5s, supervised by the coaching team. A parent or guardian assists their child throughout.
Move it Kids
A drop-in play session for under 9s, supervised by the coaching team. A parent or guardian assists their child throughout.
Adult Gymnastics
Warm up and stretch as a group, taught floor practice, then free practice across the equipment with a coach on hand. Tell the coach what you'd like to work on.
SEND Drop In
A supervised play session for children with special educational needs or disabilities. A parent or guardian assists their child throughout.
Adult SEND Drop In
A supervised play session for individuals aged 16 and over with special educational needs or disabilities, supervised by coaches.
